What doesn't come over from HubSpot?

Marketing emails, web analytics, lists, sequences and property history stay in HubSpot. Records that couldn't come over are listed with the reason.

Updated October 22, 2026

Most of HubSpot comes over: contacts, companies, deals, leads, emails, calls, meetings, notes, tasks, tickets, products, quotes, invoices and files. A few things have no place in Alori yet and stay in HubSpot. Anything that couldn't come over is listed at the end of the import, with the reason.

Also called: missing data, not imported, what's left out, import limits, données manquantes, non importé, ce qui ne suit pas

What stays in HubSpot

  • Marketing emails, with their opens and clicks

  • Web analytics and page views

  • Form submissions that weren't sent to the inbox

  • Lists and sequences

  • The history of changes on each field

What comes over in another form

  • Tickets become tasks.

  • Custom objects become a note on the customer.

  • Company fields with no place in Alori become a note on the company's first contact.

  • Fields you didn't map come over as one note per record, so nothing is lost.

  • Inbox emails and calls are skipped: HubSpot already logs them as email and call activities, and those come over.

  • Workflows in use become automations in Bots, turned off. Only the main path of a branch comes over. Left out: marketing emails, waiting for a date, lists, sequences, steps past the tenth and HubSpot-only steps. A workflow with nothing Alori can do isn't offered.

Step 1: See the records that didn't come over

When the import is done, open … records not imported under the import. The first 200 show on the page. To see all of them, click Download the list (CSV).

Click: … records not imported › Download the list (CSV)

What each reason means

  • "No customer to attach it to" The record isn't linked to any contact, company or deal Alori could use.

  • "A file could not be copied (too big or unavailable)" Files over 25 MB are skipped.

  • "Its recording is in Aircall: connect Aircall to bring it over" Connect Aircall, then import again. See How do I import my Aircall phone setup and recordings?

  • "Aircall no longer has this call: Aircall removed it (older calls), or it was made on another Aircall account" Alori can't get it.

  • "The call has no recording in Aircall" There was nothing to copy.

  • "It points to a record that was not imported" It's linked to something you chose not to import.

  • "Its files have no place in this project" Your app has nowhere to keep that file yet.

  • "The project was too busy to take it. Start again." Run the import again. What already came over is updated, not doubled.

If it doesn't work

  • "Reconnect to include it" shows next to a kind of record. Your HubSpot connection doesn't share it yet. Click Reconnect and allow it.

  • "Reconnect HubSpot to bring your workflows too." Click Reconnect, then read HubSpot again.
