How do I move from HubSpot to Alori?

Open Import data, click Start on HubSpot, connect it, check what comes over, try a sample, then click Import everything.

Updated October 22, 2026

Open Import data in the side menu, click Start on HubSpot and follow the four steps: connect HubSpot, check what comes over, try a sample, then import everything. Alori only reads HubSpot, so nothing changes there.

Also called: migrate, migration, switch from HubSpot, move my CRM, transfer contacts, importer HubSpot, migrer, changer de CRM, transférer mes contacts

HubSpot brings over contacts, companies, deals, emails, calls, meetings, notes, tasks, tickets, products, quotes and files. Everything goes into your app's real data. You need a saved account to use Import data.

Step 1: Connect HubSpot

In the side menu, click Import data. Under Where your data is today, click Start on HubSpot. The page says Move from HubSpot to Alori. Click Connect HubSpot, sign in to HubSpot and allow Alori to read your account. You come back to the same page with "HubSpot is connected."

Click: Import data › Start › Connect HubSpot

Step 2: Check what comes over

Alori starts reading HubSpot by itself: "Reading HubSpot: counting your records and their fields. This takes up to a minute." Then the step Check what comes over shows each kind of record and where it lands in Alori. The suggested choices work for most businesses. To change them, click Fields, owners and pipelines: pick which teammate gets each HubSpot owner's records, and which pipeline and stages your deals go to. Your changes save on their own. When it looks right, click Looks good, try a sample.

Click: Fields, owners and pipelines › Looks good, try a sample

Step 3: Try a sample

Pick how many contacts go in the sample (10, 25 or 50), then click Import the sample. Alori brings over a few recent contacts with everything linked to them. Open your app and look at a few customers: their history, notes and files. Not happy? Click Undo the sample. See How do I try a sample first, or undo an import?

Click: Try a sample › Import the sample

Step 4: Import everything

Click Looks good, import everything. Alori asks you to confirm the number of records, then click Import everything. It runs on Alori's servers, so you can close the page. Records the sample brought in are updated, not doubled. At the end you see "Done: … records are in Alori", with anything that couldn't come over listed below it.

Click: Looks good, import everything › Import everything

Good to know

  • Your HubSpot workflows in use become automations in Bots, turned off, so customers don't get messages twice. Turn each one on once you turn it off in HubSpot.

  • If your calls were recorded with Aircall, Alori asks for your Aircall key so the recordings come over. See How do I import my Aircall phone setup and recordings?

  • If your app needs a quick update to receive some records, click Update with your project's name. Your data stays as it is.

If it doesn't work

  • "The connection expired. Reconnect to keep importing." Click Reconnect and sign in to HubSpot again.

  • "Your old CRM did not answer. Try again in a minute." Wait a minute, then click Read HubSpot again.

  • "An import is running. Wait for it or stop it." Wait for the current import to finish.

  • "This project needs an update before it can import. Open it and publish or upgrade it." Open your app, publish or upgrade it, then come back.

  • "Stopped on an error" Click Continue where it stopped. What was already imported is kept and updated, not doubled.

  • "Create your app first: the import goes into its CRM." Create your app, then come back to Import data.
