How do I add a customer?
On Customers, click New customer, type a name and a phone or email, then click Add the customer. The rest can wait.
Open Customers in the menu, click New customer, type a name and a phone number or an email, then click Add the customer. You fill in the rest later, on the customer's record.

Type the Name (a person or a business) and a Phone. The Email is optional, but you need a phone or an email. Click More details to add the Address, Company, Gate code or access note, or the language for messages.

Step 3: Add the customer

Click: Add the customer
Step 4: Pick what's next
You see … is added, with what to do now: Prepare a quote, Plan a job, Write a text, or Add another customer. You only see the ones your app and your role allow. Close the window if you're done.
Other ways to add customers
Many at once: on an empty Customers page, click Open the assistant under Tell Alori, then paste your list, even a messy one.
Just ask: tell Ask Alori "Add Marie Tremblay, 450 555-0142".
From your website: quote requests from your website land on their own.
If it doesn't work
"… already has this number." That customer is already in your app. Click Open the record instead of adding them twice.
"A contact of … has this number." This number belongs to a contact person on another customer. Click Open the record.
The Add the customer button is grey. Type a name and a complete phone number or a valid email.
No New customer button. Your role can only view customers. Ask the owner.
