- What is Alori and what can it do for my business?Alori builds one app for your business, with your website and the tools you use every day, then changes it when you ask in plain words.
- How do I create my app?Describe your business or paste your website, check the recap, confirm your tools, website and color, then click Build my app.
- Can I try Alori without an account?Yes. You can build and try your app as a guest, with no email. An unsaved app is deleted after 3 days unused, and some pages need an account.
- How do I save my app with an account?Click Save this project, then continue with Google or Microsoft, or enter an email and a password. Your app, credits and chats are kept.
- How do I sign in with Google or Microsoft?On the Sign in page, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, then choose your account. No password needed.
- I forgot my passwordOn the Sign in page, click Forgot password?, enter your email, then type the code we email you with a new password.
- Which tools come in my app?You pick your tools when you build: Customers, Deals, Tasks, Quotes, Schedule, Jobs, Invoices, Meetings, Employees, Booking, Front desk and Help center.
- How do I remove the sample customers and jobs?In your team app, click Remove sample data on the yellow note, then Yes, remove. Only the sample records go; your own stay.
- How do I put my app on my phone?On your Dashboard, scan the QR code in On your phone with your phone's camera, open the app, then add it to your home screen.
- Your first day: getting your app 100% readyYour Dashboard shows how ready your app is. Confirm your business, services and prices, then add your first customer to reach 100%.
- What's the difference between my Alori account and my team app?Your Alori account is where you build and change your app. Your team app is where your crew works, with its own users and roles.
