Your first day: getting your app 100% ready

Your Dashboard shows how ready your app is. Confirm your business, services and prices, then add your first customer to reach 100%.

Updated October 22, 2026

Before your first customer, your team app's Dashboard shows Your app is …% ready with four steps: Your business, Your services, Your prices and Your first customer. Each one is a quarter. Finish them all and your app is ready to use.

Also called: setup checklist, onboarding checklist, getting started, percent ready, liste de départ, configuration, prête à 100 %

Step 1: Check your business

Your business is done when your app has your business name and your trade. Alori fills them in when you build. To change them, ask Alori, like "change our trade to heat pumps".

Click: Dashboard › Your business

Step 2: Check your services

Your services lists the services Alori read from your website. If you see No services yet. Add them by asking Alori, or in your website., tell Alori the services you offer.

Click: Ask Alori › type your services

Step 3: Confirm your prices

In Your services, each service marked To confirm needs a price. Type the Price, pick its usual Length if you like, and check Starting price if the price can go up. Click Confirm. You see Price saved for …. Once every service has a price, quotes fill themselves.

Click: type a price › Confirm

Step 4: Add your first customer

Click Add my first customer at the top and fill in their details. Once your first customer is in, your Dashboard switches to your everyday view.

Click: Add my first customer

Also on this screen

  • Your week: how many jobs are booked each day this week.

  • Your website: marked Online. Its quote request form lands in your app. Click Open my site to see it.

  • On your phone: a QR code to open your app on your phone.

If it doesn't work

  • You don't see the ready bar. It shows only while your app has no customers. New apps start with sample customers: remove them first with Remove sample data.

  • Confirm is grayed out. Type a price, or change the length or starting price, first.

  • "No services yet." Ask Alori to add your services.
