Updated October 22, 2026

The To schedule list holds your accepted quotes that don't have a date yet. Drag a card onto the calendar to plan it, or click it to pick the time. The number on the button tells you how many are waiting.

Also called: to plan, unscheduled jobs, backlog, accepted quotes, waiting list, à planifier, travaux à céduler, soumissions acceptées

Step 1: Open the list

On the Schedule, click To schedule at the top. It shows only when an accepted quote is waiting and your role can plan jobs. Each card shows the customer, the job, its price and how long it takes.

Click: Schedule › To schedule

Step 2: Put a quote on the calendar

Drag a card onto the calendar at the day and hour you want. In the Day view, drop it in a teammate's column to give it to them. Or click the card: the Schedule form opens with the job filled in, on step 2.

Step 3: Check and schedule

Check the time, who goes and the address, then click Schedule. The quote leaves the list.

Click: Schedule

Good to know

  • The list goes from the lowest quote number to the highest.

  • Other job or event at the bottom plans something that isn't a quote.

  • Changed your mind? Open the visit and click Take off the calendar: the quote goes back to the list.

  • The list needs the Quotes tool in your app.

If it doesn't work

  • No To schedule button. No accepted quote is waiting, or your role can't plan every job.

  • "Only an unstarted visit from an accepted quote, without photos, a checklist, guests or an invoice, can be taken off the calendar. Open the job to delete it." Work has started on it. Open the job instead.
