Good to know
Only teammates who can change customers see this box.
The owner can have Alori make a task for these: turn on Message from an unknown sender in Settings › Automatic tasks. It's off at first.
Newsletters and automatic emails don't open conversations.
If it doesn't work
"No customer matches." Check the spelling, or search by phone or email. If they really aren't there, close the window and click Name the customer.
I don't see the box. Your role can't change customers. Ask the owner.
