How do I get Facebook and Instagram leads?

Connect Meta Lead Ads in Connectors and allow your Facebook Pages. New leads from your lead ads then show up in your CRM on their own.

Updated October 22, 2026

Click Connect on Meta Lead Ads in Connectors, sign in with Facebook and allow your Pages. From then on, each new lead from your Facebook and Instagram lead ads shows up in your CRM as a new lead, all by itself.

Also called: Meta Lead Ads, Facebook leads, Instagram leads, lead forms, Facebook ads, pub Meta, prospects Facebook, formulaires de prospects

Step 1: Connect Meta Lead Ads

In the menu on the left, click Connectors, then Connect on Meta Lead Ads (under Sales). Sign in with Facebook. When Facebook asks which Pages to share, pick every Page that runs lead ads, then allow.

Click: Connectors › Meta Lead Ads › Connect

Step 2: Check your Pages

Click Manage on Meta Lead Ads. Under Pages, each Page with a check mark sends its new leads to your CRM. There's nothing to turn on in your app.

Click: Connectors › Meta Lead Ads › Manage

Step 3: See your leads come in

When someone fills in one of your lead forms, they show up in your CRM as a new lead, marked Meta ad.

Good to know

  • Every Page you allowed sends leads to every project that uses the connector. To pick projects, use Projects on the same page.

  • Added a new Page on Facebook? Click Reconnect and pick it.

  • Only new leads come in, from the moment you connect.

If it doesn't work

  • "No Pages yet. Reconnect and pick your Pages on Facebook." Click Reconnect and tick your Pages when Facebook asks.

  • "Leads couldn't be turned on for this Page. Reconnect to try again." Click Reconnect. Make sure you manage that Page on Facebook.

  • "Meta Lead Ads could not connect. Try again." Click Connect again and allow everything Facebook asks for.

  • The card says "Needs reconnect". Facebook stopped the access. See What do I do when a connector says "Needs reconnect"?
