How do I send website, Zapier or Google Ads leads into Alori?
On Deals, click Connect leads. Paste the Lead link in Zapier, Make, Google Ads or your form tool, or forward form emails to the Lead email.
On Leads & deals, click Connect leads. Copy the Lead link and paste it in Zapier, Make, a Google Ads lead form or your form tool's webhook. Or forward your form's notification emails to the Lead email. Each lead shows up as a new lead on your board.

Step 1: Open Connect leads
Open Leads & deals and click Connect leads above the board. Only the owner and people who can change settings see this button.

Step 2: Copy the lead link
Under Lead link, click the copy button next to the address. In Zapier, Make, your Google Ads lead form or your form tool, paste it where it asks for a webhook URL. It takes a name, email, phone and message.

Step 3: Or use the lead email
Under Lead email, click the copy button. In your form tool, send its notification emails to that address, or forward them from your inbox. Lines like "Name:", "Email:" and "Phone:" fill in the lead. Whoever sent the email doesn't become the lead.

Step 4: Send a test
Send a test lead from your tool, or fill in your form once. It shows up as a new deal at the first stage of your pipeline. With more than one pipeline, the window says which one: They land in ….
Get a new link
If your link gets spam or leaks, click Get a new link and confirm. The old link and email stop working right away, so paste the new ones wherever you used the old ones.
Good to know
Requests from your own Alori website land in your deals on their own. You don't need the link for them.
Anyone with the link can add leads. Keep it private.
If it doesn't work
"Only an admin can see the lead link." Ask the owner to open Connect leads.
"Connecting leads isn't available in this app yet." Ask the owner to check the app in Alori.
"We couldn't get your link. Try again." Close the window and click Connect leads again.
"Couldn't copy. Select it and copy it instead." Select the address with your mouse and copy it.
Leads stopped coming in. Someone may have clicked Get a new link. Paste the new link and email in your tools.
