How do I add products and recurring revenue to a deal?
Open the deal, click Add line items in the Money card, add your lines and how often each is billed, then click Save. Alori adds up MRR, ARR and first year.
Open the deal and, in the Money card, click Add line items. Add a line for each product or service, choose how often it's Billed (once, monthly, quarterly or yearly), then click Save. The card adds them up: One-time, Monthly (MRR), Yearly (ARR) and First year.

Step 1: Open the Money card
Open Leads & deals and click the deal. On the right, find Money. Click Add line items, or Edit if the deal already has some.

Step 2: Add your lines
Click Add a line and fill in the Description, Qty and Price. To use a price you saved before, click Add from catalog and pick it.

Step 3: Choose how often each line is billed
For each line, pick Billed: Once, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly. For a line that repeats, type how many months in For (months). Leave it empty if it runs until cancelled. Under the lines, you see the first year, the monthly amount and the ARR.
Step 4: Save
Click Save. You see Deal saved. The deal's price tag is now the first-year total, and the monthly amount shows under it, like $99/mo.

No lines? In the same window, type a single amount in Price tag instead.
The top of the Deals board shows Open MRR once your open deals have monthly lines.
When you win the deal, the job starts with its one-time amount.
A lead has no Money card yet: it shows once the lead becomes a deal.

If it doesn't work
"Every line needs a description." Fill in the empty line, or remove it with Remove this line.
"Enter a valid amount." Type only a number, like 1200.
"Enter a quantity above 0." Fix the Qty.
"A deal has at most 100 lines." Group some lines together.
"A usual price was deleted. Reload and try again." Reload the page and pick it again.
No Money card. Your role can't see prices, or the deal is still a lead.
