- What are projects?Projects are the parts of your app in the left menu: your CRM, your Website and your Customers help center. They all share the same customers and data.
- How is my website built, and how do I change it?Alori builds your website for free right after your app is created. To change it, open Website in the left menu, ask in the chat, then Publish.
- How do I get a text or email when my website is ready?While your first website builds, type your email or cell number under No need to wait here and click Notify me. Alori tells you when it's ready.
- How do I add a help center for my customers?Click New project, then Add beside Customers help center. Write or import articles right on its pages. Customers read them on your website at /help.
- How do I rename or remove a project?Your CRM, Website and Customers help center keep their names and can't be removed one by one. Rename your whole app in Settings, or delete it there.
- How do I change my business name, trade, colors or app icon?Click Settings above the preview to change your name, type of business and main color. Change the app icon in your team app under Settings › Business.
- How do I make my app bilingual (English and French)?Click Settings above the preview, check both English and Français under Language, then click Save changes. Your website and help center offer both too.
- How do I hide the "Built with Alori" badge?On the Business plan, click Settings above the preview, then check Hide Alori badge. On other plans, click Remove it with Business to upgrade.
