Who reminds me about money waiting?

Alori does. Your left menu shows "You have $X waiting", and you get an email 1, 7 and 30 days after the first payment, until you add your bank.

Updated October 22, 2026

Alori reminds you. When customers paid by card and you haven't added your bank yet, your left menu shows how much is waiting, and Alori emails you 1, 7 and 30 days after the first payment.

Also called: money waiting, payment reminder, unpaid payout, funds on hold, add bank reminder, argent en attente, rappel de paiement, fonds en attente

Step 1: See the reminder in the menu

In Alori, the bottom of the left menu shows "You have … waiting" with Add my bank. Click it to open Payments.

Click: You have … waiting › Add my bank

Step 2: Or open the email

The email's subject is "You have … waiting". Click Add my bank in the email to go to Payments.

Step 3: Add your bank

Click Add my bank and fill in the short form. The reminders stop once your bank is set up, and the money waiting goes to your bank. See How do I add my bank to get paid?

Click: Payments › Add my bank

Good to know

  • The email is a service email: you always get it, even if you turned off other Alori emails.

  • Each reminder email comes only once.

  • Money still waiting after 90 days goes back to the customers who paid it.

  • These reminders are for you. To remind your customers about unpaid invoices, see How do I remind customers about unpaid invoices automatically?

If it doesn't work

  • "Payments could not load. Try again in a moment." Refresh the page in a minute.

  • The menu reminder stays after you added your bank. Stripe is still checking your details. It goes away once they're approved.
