My domain isn't connecting: what do I do?
Check each record's Type, Name and Value at your domain provider, wait a few minutes (up to 48 hours), then click Check connection again.
Most of the time, one record is missing or has a typo, or your provider hasn't updated yet. Check each record at your domain provider against what Alori shows, wait a few minutes, then click Check connection again. Some providers take up to 48 hours.
Also called: domain not working, DNS not working, not connected, CNAME error, domain pending, domaine ne fonctionne pas, pas connecté, DNS
Step 1: Look at the records Alori shows
Open your CRM or Website in the left menu, click Settings above the preview, then scroll to Your own domain. Under Add these records where you bought your domain, you see each record's Type, Name and Value.
Click: Settings › Your own domain
Step 2: Compare them with your provider's DNS page
Open the DNS page at GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare or wherever you bought your domain. For each line in Alori, check that:
Type matches: CNAME, A or TXT.
Name matches. For a subdomain like app.yourcompany.com, the name is
app. For the main domain, it's@.Value matches exactly. Click Copy value in Alori and paste it, to avoid typos.
Add any line that's missing, including the TXT line if Alori shows one.
Click: Copy value
Step 3: Wait, then check again
Wait a few minutes, then click Check connection. If you see "Not connected yet. Check the records above, then try again in a few minutes.", your provider is still updating. Try again later. Some providers take up to 48 hours.
Click: Check connection
