How do I turn on auto top-up?
On Billing, turn on Auto top-up. Alori buys credits on your card when you drop under your line (default: under 50, add 200 for $60).
On the Billing page, turn on the Auto top-up switch. When your credits drop under the line you pick, Alori buys credits on your saved card for you, so your texts, calls and bot never stop.
Also called: automatic top-up, auto reload, auto refill, auto recharge, recharge automatique, rechargement automatique
Step 1: Open Billing
Open your account menu and choose Billing, or click your credits at the bottom of the left menu.
Click: Billing
Step 2: Turn on Auto top-up
On the Auto top-up card, turn on the switch.
If you already paid Alori by card (credits or a plan), auto top-up turns on right away with that card. You see Paid with and the card, for example Visa •••• 4242.
If there's no card yet, Stripe's secure page opens so you can add one. You come back to Billing and see Auto top-up is on.
Click: Billing › Auto top-up › switch on
Step 3: Pick your line and amount
Choose when to buy and how much, in the sentence When I have less than [line] credits, add [amount]. The price shows next to it. Every change saves at once.
Line: 20, 50, 100 or 200 credits. Default: 50.
Amount: 100 credits ($30), 200 credits ($60), 500 credits ($150) or 1,000 credits ($300). Default: 200.
Click: When I have less than › credits, add
Good to know
If your balance is already under the line when you turn it on, Alori buys credits right away.
Auto top-up buys at most 3 times a day, so a busy day can't empty your card.
Credits it buys are like any credits you buy: $0.30 USD each, and they never expire. Each one shows as Credits purchased in your credit history.
While auto top-up works, you don't get low-credit emails, texts or banners.
To change the card, click Change card under the switch.
To stop it, turn the switch off.
If it doesn't work
"Your card was declined, so auto top-up is paused. Add a card to turn it back on." Click Add a card and add a working card. You also get an email and a text when this happens.
"Something went wrong. Try again." Wait a moment, then turn the switch on again.
