How do I share a page?
On the page, click Share. Invite teammates at Full access, Can edit, Can comment or Can view, and set General access for the team.
Click Share at the top of the page. Invite teammates one by one, and choose what the whole team gets under General access. Only people with Full access can change who sees a page, and the business owner sees only the pages shared with them.

Step 1: Open Share

Step 2: Invite a teammate
Pick someone in Add people, pick their level, then click Invite. They are told.
Full access: edit, comment and share
Can edit: edit and comment
Can comment: read and comment
Can view: read only
Step 3: Set General access
Under General access, Everyone on the team gives the whole team a level; Only people invited keeps it to the people listed.
Pages inside a page
A page inside another follows its sharing. Change the sharing of the inside page and it gets its own; Follow … again puts it back.
Let the website chat use a page
Turn on Front desk can use this: your website's bot may then answer visitors from this page (your services, your policies, what to expect). It is off on every page until you turn it on, so internal notes never reach visitors.
If it doesn't work
"Only people with Full access can change sharing.": ask someone with Full access.
You can't remove the last person with Full access: give someone else Full access first.
