In Alori, open Import data and click Import from Notion. Connect Notion, pick the pages Alori may read, and click Import: they come into Docs with their subpages, databases, columns and text.

Also called: Notion, move from Notion, Notion import, importer depuis Notion, migrer de Notion

Step 1: Open Import from Notion

In Alori, open Import data and click Import from Notion. In your team app, Import from Notion at the bottom of the Docs menu opens the same page.

Click: Import data › Import from Notion

Step 2: Connect Notion

Click Connect Notion. Notion asks which pages Alori may read: pick them. Their subpages come too.

Click: Connect Notion

Step 3: Import

Click Import. Alori reads your Notion pages, then adds them to Docs, under Team. You can close the page: the import keeps going. Pictures are copied, so they keep working after Notion's links expire.

Click: Import

Bring more pages later

Share more pages with Alori in Notion, then click Import again. Pages already imported are updated, not copied.

If it doesn't work

  • "Notion refused Alori. Connect Notion again.": click Connect Notion again.

  • "Notion didn't answer. Try again in a moment.": wait, then click Import again.

  • "Your app isn't online yet. Publish it once, then import again.": publish your app first.

  • "Your app needs an update before it can hold Docs. Publish it once, then import again.": publish, then import.

  • "Your app didn't take the pages. Make sure your email is a teammate in this project, then try again.": add yourself to the team app, then import.

  • "Your Notion has more than one import reads at a time. Import again to bring the rest.": click Import again.
