How do I find emails and phone numbers with Apollo?

Paste your Apollo API key in Connectors. Then open a customer and tap Find email & phone. It uses your own Apollo credits.

Updated October 22, 2026

Paste your Apollo API key on the Connectors page. Then open a customer who's missing an email or phone in your CRM and tap Find email & phone. Apollo fills in what's missing, using your own Apollo credits.

Also called: Apollo, enrich, find contact info, lookup email, lookup phone, trouver courriel et téléphone, enrichir

Step 1: Copy your Apollo key

In the menu on the left, click Connectors, then Connect on Apollo. In the window, click Get it in Apollo. It opens Apollo's API settings. Copy your key there.

Click: Connectors › Apollo › Connect › Get it in Apollo

Step 2: Paste it and connect

Paste the key in API key and click Connect. Alori checks it with Apollo before saving it. There's nothing to turn on in your app: every project can use it right away.

Click: API key › Connect

Step 3: Find a customer's email and phone

In your CRM, open a customer. Tap Find email & phone (or Find email, or Find phone, for what's missing). The email comes back at once and only fills a blank field. The phone takes a few minutes: you see "Looking for the phone. It shows up here in a few minutes."

Click: Customers › a customer › Find email & phone

Good to know

  • Lookups spend your Apollo credits, not Alori credits.

  • Apollo finds people best with a name and a company or email.

If it doesn't work

  • "That key didn't work. Copy it again and paste it here." Copy the whole key from Apollo and paste it again.

  • "We couldn't reach Apollo. Try again in a minute." Wait a minute, then click Connect again.

  • "Your Apollo plan doesn't let Alori find people." Move to a paid Apollo plan.

  • "Your Apollo key stopped working." Paste a new key: Connectors › Apollo › Reconnect.

  • "Apollo doesn't know …" Add their company or email, then try again.

  • "Apollo asks to slow down. Try again in a minute." Wait a minute.

  • "Add a name or an email first." Fill in the customer's name or email.
