Do unused credits roll over or expire?

Credits you buy, welcome credits and referral credits never expire. Monthly plan credits roll over for 1 month, then expire.

Updated October 22, 2026

Credits you buy never expire, and neither do your welcome credits or referral credits. Monthly credits from a Solo or Business plan roll over for 1 month: if you don't use them in the month they're for or the month after, they expire.

Also called: rollover, carry over, expiry, credits expire, report des crédits, expiration, crédits expirés

Which credits expire

  • Credits purchased (including auto top-up): never expire.

  • Welcome credits, Referral bonus and Referral reward: never expire.

  • Monthly plan credits: roll over for 1 month after the month they were given for ends. Then what's left of them is removed.

An example

Your Solo plan renews on March 10 and gives you 375 credits for March 10 to April 10. Whatever you don't use from those 375 stays until May 10. After that, the rest expires. Your April 10 credits get their own month of rollover in the same way.

Which credits you use first

Alori always uses the credits that expire soonest first. So your plan credits are used before the credits you bought, and bought credits stay safe for later.

Where you see it

  • On Billing, the Credits card shows [number] new credits on [date] for your next renewal and the line Unused plan credits roll over for 1 month.

  • In your credit history, new plan credits show as Monthly plan credits and removed ones as Expired plan credits.

If you cancel

Plan credits you already got stay until their rollover ends. Credits you bought stay forever.

If it doesn't work

  • You see an Expired plan credits line you didn't expect. Those were plan credits older than their rollover month. Credits you bought are never removed this way.

  • Your credits went down but you didn't use anything. Open See credit history on Billing. Hosting and your texting number use credits even on quiet days.
